Instructor
Pavel
Pavel has been practicing yoga since he was a teenager, moving from vinyasa to ashtanga before discovering Kundalini yoga. Finding a deep connection with the practice of Kundalini yoga, Pavel completed his teacher training in Kundalini, which helped him gain independence and determination. He is also a musician and enjoys incorporating piano, guitar, mantras, and chanting into his meditation and yoga classes. Pavel frequently leads men's circles and in addition to being a Kundalini yoga teacher, offers traditional Chinese medical massage.
