The retreat takes place at the grand, brick Kairos Center in southwest London with views over Richmond Park. Despite its urban location, the center is surrounded by peaceful gardens, which are perfect for a walk or reflection time. Accommodation is in single, private rooms with healthy, vegetarian-friendly meals taking place in a communal, socially-distanced dining room.

Program

Samyama Yoga offers hatha flow, yin and yoga nidra classes as well as guided meditation sessions for your health and well-being. Devotional intentions and ways of exploring and reflecting are offered individually and in the group. This will include periods of guided and silent meditation (sitting and walking) to strengthen present moment awareness. There are opportunities for quiet time, to go for a walk, read a book and be surrounded with like-minded people. You will also create a vision board to inspire the pursuit of your passion.

Patricia
Patricia has completed her 500-hour yoga training certificate at the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation in London. In addition to many years of yoga teaching experience, Patricia has certifications in prenatal, children’s, and yin yoga. She is currently exploring Qigong and seeks to incorporate her varied experiences into her classes.
