Take a magnificent, week-long journey to reconnect to yourself and your true essence. Through daily yoga practice, awaken your sleeping potentials and encourage them to flourish. Clear your mind and find deep relaxation and release through breathing exercises and meditation. Restore balance and find strength as you explore movement, yogic philosophies, and simply take the time to be present with yourself. Tune into the healing energy in the nature around you, of the crystal clear waters and the magical olives groves. Embark on excursions to private beaches and a hike through a nature reserve forest to Korission Lake. Reach a meditative state with mantra chanting and experience the vibrational frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, releasing energetic blockages. Use the space to surrender and recharge, feeling inspired and empowered.
INEA Yoga School is located just a minute walk from the beach in St. George South on the island of Corfu. The yoga school is bright and colorful with two breezy yoga halls, a lush garden, and plenty of spaces for relaxation. There are also a mix of studios and apartments that can be booked privately or shared with a friend, equipped with comfy beds, a kitchen, and a balcony.

This week-long retreat is designed to help you slow down and reconnect to your authentic self. Start the day with a morning meditation and Vinyasa yoga class. After breakfast, there will be a variety of workshops on offer, exploring topics like yoga philosophy, mindfulness, pranayama, and sankalpa. Enjoy much of the afternoon as you please, going on hikes to Korission Lake, relaxing on the beach, or booking an optional boat trip or massage. In the evening, unwind with a Yin yoga class. Mantra singing and sound healing will also be woven into the retreat week.

Cedric is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who also offers sound healing and mindfulness workshops. His goal through his classes is to create a safe space and provide tools that will help his students connect to their inner being through their breath and being present in the moment and with themselves. Yoga is a way of life for Cedric and his classes are a reflection of his many teachers and experiences he encountered along his yoga journey. His classes are holistic and infused with meditation, yogic philosophy, a spiritual foundation, and a blend of Yin and Yang asanas.
Athina has a background in music and science. Her time studying these disciplines inspired her exploration of expression and movement through yoga. Athina is a qualified yoga teacher who is on a continuous journey to keep deepening her knowledge and exploring herself. She teaches in order to encourage people to connect with themselves and to keep a clear mind and steady breath.
