Over the course of a week, there is ample time to sink into the rhythm of a daily yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practice. The days start with Hatha yoga classes to wake up the body, followed by breathwork, meditation, and foundational techniques. Much of the day is open-ended, allowing time to take hikes, go for a dip in the sea, explore the historic sites on the peninsula, or book one-on-one yoga classes with Laurent. The evenings bring gentle yoga classes, as well as meditations and yoga nidra to release the stress from the day.

Relax, outdoor activities or a one to one yoga class if requested (pre-booking is essential. Contact Laurent directly)
6 - 7pm
Gentle and restorative yoga class, pranayama, meditation, yoga Nidra.
7 - 8pm
Your time to prepare yourself and relax before dinner
