Head to the South Coast just outside of Bournemouth for a weekend of fitness, yoga, and outdoor adventures. Get your heart racing with energetic HIIT sessions and increase your flexibility through refreshing yoga classes. Explore the stunning British coastline by taking a bike or hike along winding trails with views across to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Harbor. After a long day of exercise, take a refreshing dip in the water and watch the sun sink into the sea from atop a cliff.

The retreat is hosted at the Cliff House, perched on top of a staggering cliff overlooking the sea. Only two hours from London and a short drive from Bournemouth, the location is accessible for a weekend getaway. The Cliff House exudes a relaxed environment with chic, sea-inspired decor and all private, en-suite rooms. Enjoy beach access and an abundant network of trails surrounding the property. Local, healthy breakfast and dinners are served, amenable to dietary restrictions.

Program

Get ready for a weekend packed with action and fun. Break a sweat during HIIT workouts and core and circuit training. Hop on a bike and pedal along winding coastal roads, or experiment with stand up paddleboarding while experiencing the serenity of the coast. Stretch and tone with yoga-inspired classes to unwind at the end of high-energy days.
