Are you looking to enhance your everyday well-being? Head to the magical Scottish coast just outside of Aberdeen for a 2 night 3 day retreat specially designed just for you. During your escape, embrace the rhythm of nature and learn a variety of mindfulness practices that you can bring into your daily life, cultivating compassion and kindness. Feed your mind and soul with mindfulness workshops, guided meditations, and nourishing, vegetarian food. Take quiet walks along the cliff tops, listening to the sounds of the crashing waves, finding a meditation in each aspect of life.

Toadhall is set in a tranquil rural hamlet near Muchalls, just a short drive from Aberdeen and Stonehaven. During your retreat you will be staying in the peacock room, which has a large en-suite bathroom hosting a tub to relax in at the end of the day and a free standing shower. The house also has a garden, fireplace, and beautiful meditation room. The venue has easy access to nature trails along massive cliffs, leading to beaches, caves, rock arches, fascinating geological formations and to the crashing shores of the coast.

Program
As the retreat is a private, one-on-one experience, the program can be shaped to fit each retreat goer's preference. The general structure of the retreat weekend includes daily mindfulness workshops that tackle a number of topics and tools related to mindful living, guided meditations, nature walks, and simple breathing techniques.

Angela
Recognizing the power of mindfulness to change both business and personal relationships, Angela decided to pursue her training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Currently, Angela runs retreats and workshops centered around the concept of mindfulness.
