Your four-day transformational inner journey includes gentle, healing yoga and meditation sessions, beautiful nature walks through the magnificent pines and spruce trees of Hafren forest along the Severn River, wild swimming in mystical forest ponds, and time to unwind and relax your muscles in a soothing private hot tub. Take time to connect with nature and like-minded people, ponder the magnificent Milky Way in all its glory from the perfect vantage point, experience guided meditation, optional Reiki healing and Indian head massages, and delight in compassionate company. Share stories while sipping cups of hot cocoa, and sampling delicious vegan meals around the roaring log fire in an open hearth fire pit. A truly restorative and energising experience for all.
Accommodation
Secluded luxury eco-retreat high up in the slopes of the Cambrian Mountains close to Mt Snowdon. A perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxuries. You will be accommodated in beautifully-refurbished historic stone barns featuring handcrafted oak furniture and flooring, beautiful light-filled spaces, natural woven fabrics and welcoming wood-burning stoves to cosy up to. Alternatively, choose the beguiling charms of an eco-Tipi or Mongolian Yurt for something special. Gorgeous grounds and surrounds, rolling meadows, as well as friendly hounds to welcome you upon arrival.

Program
From Friday afternoon through to Monday morning, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, restorative and sacred circle for daily yoga and guided meditation sessions. You’ll wake up to warm herbal tea or vegan hot chocolate, a daily yogic grounding, followed by time spent wandering through pristine forest, dipping into tranquil forest pools and hidden streams, warming up in an outdoor hot tub come early evening.
There will be lots of free time for reading your favourite book, journaling, or napping, while evenings will be spent stargazing and chatting around the communal campfire after dinner.

Madison
Madison, who has taught yoga all over the globe, including India, is now based in Cheshire UK. She believes that yoga truly is for anyone who is open to its practice. She encourages her students to overcome their inner critic and simply enjoy the experience, and the healing it brings. Madison describes herself as a messy-haired, barefooted free spirit who nurtures others towards joy and self assurance. Her mantra is: “Ride the waves, show up for your body wherever you’re at today.”
