A unique retreat experience specially curated for the woman seeking the wilder woman within. Spend the week exploring the wildly beautiful landscapes of the Lake District, wild swimming and foraging, as you connect to yourself through yoga, meditation, and deep horse connection. Use yoga and meditation sessions to open your body and calm your mind as you become grounded in the natural elements surrounding you. Use this softening of your mind and body to connect to horses through meditation in the stunning nature that surrounds you. Find a deep resonance with nature, horses, and with yourself during this impactful week. Take this connection to the circle of women that you will be sharing your retreat with and immerse yourselves in sisterly connection, through campfire circles, storytelling, dancing, singing and community building.

Sharing cabins: Part of the ‘magic’ of retreats is that it brings people together. Learning to share personal space is a huge step on the way to ‘well being’. The ‘cult of the individual’ that has been driving western culture for centuries is, in my judgement, is also at the root of our discontent. Community and togetherness are key to happiness. Our retreats are aimed at leading you right to the centre of this warm hub of union. Sharing space highlights our sharp corners and helps polish our characters.
