Head to the lush coast of South Devon for a long weekend dedicated to getting active in the wild and beautiful outdoors. Designed for advanced and new athletes alike, this retreat is filled with learning opportunities from industry experts. Build endurance on picturesque trail runs along rugged coasts and a winding river. Hone your swimming skills with river training sessions and put them to the test on an exhilarating sea swim around an island. Open your body for a day of activities with grounding yoga sessions to the backdrop of dreamy countryside. Nourish yourself with delicious, organic creations and soak your sore muscles in hot tubs beneath the stars come nightfall.

The Shippon is a rustic, detached barn in the heart of a peaceful valley in Devon with views over the River Dart. Inside, there are 10 bedrooms all equipped with a private bathroom, as well as an open plan kitchen and dining space overlooking the garden. The property is peaceful and expansive, making it the perfect base for a wealth of outdoor activities. Enjoy the fresh air from the terrace or as you soak in one of the outdoor hot tubs on the property.

Program
This three-night, four-day long weekend retreat starts on Friday evening and ends Monday morning. The days are packed with outdoor activities to fully immerse participants in yoga, wild swimming, and trail running. During the weekend, there will be at least two 10km runs, one along the river and the other along the coast. There will be at least one guided swim session in the river and one open water swim around Burgh Island. Daily yoga classes are on offer, as well as Q&A sessions to learn from the experts in the field.
