Luna Wilds is an off-grid site located not far from Brighton. The beautiful grounds are simple, sustainable, and surrounded by nature. The entire site is run off of solar power. There are compostable toilets, natural shower products provided to avoid chemicals, and simple outdoor lounge spaces, including a fire pit and sauna. Bring your own tent and sleeping bag or pay extra for a pre-pitched tent and let the relaxing begin even sooner!

Program

Arrive on Friday afternoon and after settling in, commence the weekend with a welcome circle and a Yang to Yin yoga class. That evening, eat dinner and toast marshmallows around the fire. Saturday is filled with morning yoga flow, a sun and moon workshop, a sound bath, and free time to indulge in the offerings of the wild spa. Finish the retreat with a Sunday morning yoga flow and guided nature walk.

Mike is the co-creator of Luna Wilds, where he takes on multiple roles, from cooking to creating campfires. 
Laura Brown
Laura
Laura's background combines arts and movement, including dance, theatre, and acrobatics. She is the founder of Luna Wilds. 
Charlie Nash
Charlie
Charlie is a yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner. Inspired by the own impact yoga has had on her mind, body, and soul, Charlie decided to pursue her teacher training. Her classes blend deep releasing Yin with somatic movement, all of which are tied to the breath. Charlie encourages her students to tune into the present to bring awareness to what their body needs from each pose.
