Program

The retreat takes place over a weekend and includes a number of carefully designed yoga sessions and meditation rituals. Experience a sound bath and a fire ceremony to harness the energy of the weekend. There will be plenty of free time to walk on the grounds, take a swim, or relax in the hot tub.

Ashley is driven by the concept of connecting to the source of our being through unconditional love and the knowledge that everything you need right within yourself.
She is a compassionate, powerful and accessible teacher and teacher trainer with 16years of experience under her belt.
Ashley uses varied traditions and techniques to help others discover their own innate truth and power .
She believes as do many psychological and spiritual traditions testify, that love is the ultimate healing force and as such it can transform pain into peace for the individual and the collective. Her mission is to bring this forth through what she has learnt from her own journey of self discovery.
