Unstone Grange is a center for creativity and growth, offering space for people to stay and work consciously on expanding their personal lives. The property boasts sprawling gardens and panoramic views over the Derbyshire dales, with easy access to Sheffield. Unstone has a variety of simple and comfortable rooms, including private, twin, and dorm rooms. Inside, there is also a dedicated yoga space and communal dining and lounge spaces. Outside, there are lounge spaces and a campfire area among the gardens.

Program

The retreat goes from mid-afternoon on Friday to mid-afternoon on Sunday. Begin the weekend with an afternoon yoga session followed by a dinner. During the rest of your weekends, start your mornings yoga and meditation. In the afternoon, there will be time to go for a walk or book a treatment, followed by a mindfulness workshop. Spend the evenings chatting around the fire or releasing energy through music and dancing.

Instructors

Haley Harrison
Haley
Haley is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, as well as a massage therapist who uses creativity as a means to self-expression. She is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, viewing wellness as a way to heal the mind and body. Inspired by her own experiences in using meditation and yoga to overcome mental health challenges, Haley works to empower women through mindfulness and coaching. 
Sara Domville
Sara
Sara is a Kundalini yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, and personal development and wellness coach. She also holds extensive experience working in the field of arts including theatre, dance, music, and photography, and works to expand accessibility of creative fields to youth. Sara combines her passion for yoga and Eastern healing mediums with creativity and self-expression.
