Program

Wake up in a cool, balmy room under fresh, cotton linen feeling restored and relaxed. Enjoy an immersive Vinyasa yoga class and a sublime breakfast. Hop on a boat with a marine biologist to explore the natural wonders of the Ionian Sea. Swim laps in a pool surrounded by olive groves. Take supper on a terrace overlooking the ocean while feasting on organic produce and Mediterranean specialties and watch the sun go down while sipping on a glass of wine made at Vericoco. Heidi

Heidi is a highly experienced yoga instructor and writing coach who has lived and travelled all over the world. She is both a seeker and a healer. Her greatest joy is sharing her knowledge and insights with retreat guests. Heidi has over one thousand hours of yoga teacher training behind her and offers a wonderful, rejuvenating combination of Vinyasa Flow, Yin and other forms curated to the specific needs of her audience. She is a lightworker, lover of life and a joy to spend time with.
