Program

Mornings start with a mindful and slow vinyasa flow practice. During the day, take a walk through nature, indulge in a therapeutic massage, and enjoy solo time. Reconvene for restorative and Yin yoga sessions in the evening, followed by a candlelit sound bath to end the day.

Lisa Valentine
Lisa
Lisa brings with her 25 years of yoga practice and 12 years of teaching experience. Her journey through yoga includes  training in vinyasa, yin, scaravelli inspired Hatha and restorative yoga and continues to evolve as she explores new aspects of the practice. Lisa varies her classes depending on her students and always incorporates mindfulness through a variety of breathing and meditation exercises.
