Uga Jungle Beach is located in Trincomalee on Sri Lanka's northeastern coast at the confluence of the ocean and the jungle, allowing you to soak up the best of both worlds. There are 49 luxurious, free-standing chalets nestled within the lush foliage of the jungle with spectacular views over the Indian Ocean. Each cabin blends modern amenities with natural elements and includes a plush king bed, a private deck, and outdoor rain showers. Program

This 7-day, 8-night retreat in Sri Lanka will immerse you into the rhythm and wildlife of the Sri Lankan coastline. After one night in Colombo, the group will transfer to the coast. Each day begins with sunrise yoga and each day is completed with yoga again at sunset. After breakfast and lunch, guests can partake in activities ranging from snorkeling or bike riding, to jungle or beach kayaking, to simply relaxing on the beach. Several of the days include special excursions including sailing, a visit to Pigeon Island National Park, and whale and dolphin watching.

Jaren Arellano
Jaren
Jaren is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and founder of Into Nature Yoga Retreats. She grew up practicing gymnastics and playing outdoors. In university, Jaren first stumbled across yoga and came to appreciate the deep connections yoga provides the mind, body, and soul. Yoga shifted her perspective of the world and of life, inspiring her to travel and be immersed in nature. Today, Jaren runs retreats and workshops around the world with her husband, blending her passion for nature and yoga. 
Mark Fernley
Mark
Mark is a wildlife photographer and guide who has traveled the world-- from Africa to the Amazon-- capturing the depths of each location. He has been involved with a number of conservation projects as well as big-name photography projects. Mark is the nature guide and wildlife specialist during Into Nature Yoga Retreats.
