Do food and nature inspire your travels? Spend a week connecting to the land, sea, and cuisine of the stunning Amalfi Coast during a dreamy yoga and food retreat. Greet the day with an energizing yoga and meditation practice overlooking the Mediterranean with views of the islands of Li Galli. Explore the dreamy towns, coasts, and mountains of Amalfi by foot, working up an appetite for the many food endeavors to come. Satiate your palate while diving into the rich Amalfian culinary traditions tucked into family farms, local kitchens, and award-winning restaurants. Sample lemons, wines, and cheeses, among other local delights. Trek through the abundant hills, foraging for food to prepare during a cooking class. Finish the week with a full stomach and soul and a deep appreciation of the region's connection with the land.

Situated in the town of Praiano, the hotel is decked out in traditional Amalfi decor. The beautiful hotel is nestled in between the mountains and the sea, complete with a swimming pool, tasty restaurant, outdoor terrace with sun chairs, and citrus trees.

Program
This week-long retreat on the Amalfi Coast combines yoga, hiking, and culinary exploration. Each day brings a yoga and meditation practice in the morning, blending a variety of styles including vinyasa and restorative yoga. Throughout the week, there are a variety of hikes along the coast and through small mountain trails. The retreat has a food-centric theme as well, including many day excursions to farms, vineyards, kitchens, and restaurants in the region to learn about and taste local food and wine.

Practicing yoga for over 20 years, Erin's passion for yoga and desire to share this love with others inspired the creation of Eat Pray Move. Erin is trained in styles ranging from Ashtanga and core power yoga to yin, restorative, and yoga nidra.
