Program

This week-long program introduces you to the secrets of kettlebell lifting. Start each morning with a training session with Sergey to prepare you for a day of adventures on Mykonos. Spend the day exploring beautiful villages, relaxing on picturesque beaches, and taking refreshing swims in the sea. In the evening, unwind with a restorative Yin yoga session and then enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Mykonos if you wish.

Sergey
Sergey is a world champion and highly experienced kettlebell coach. He is a multi-time champion of Russia in biathlon/long cycle, has trained dozens of master athletes, and is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Education and Sport, specializing in kettlebell sport. Beyond his specialization in kettlebell training, Sergey is also a gymnast, mixed martial artist, and strength and conditioning coach. His diverse and impressive background, combined with his kind and respectful approach, make Sergey a sought-after mentor in all aspects of fitness. 
Zeta Tsatsani
Zeta
Zeta is a passionate health advocate who believes in living a holistic lifestyle. After leaving behind the stress of the corporate world and navigating a battle with cancer, Zeta turned to health and wellness to reshape her life. She is a founder of FitBees, a Kettlebell Sport European Champion, a certified kettlebell fitness coach, a certified yoga teacher, and an avid yoga practitioner. Zeta believes in the holistic potential of yoga and that a daily practice of Pranayama, asanas and meditation can help one unlock their full potential and find a balance of mind, body, and spirit.
