This six-day retreat offers the ultimate immersion into the nature and culinary traditions of Puglia. There are meditation and yoga classes every day, with a more dynamic one in the morning and a more restorative class in the evening, designed to both invigorate and relax the body and mind. Each day also brings a new culinary adventure and day trip in the region. Excursions include a cheese farm visit, a winery tour and tasting, a walking tour in Alberobello, a day at the coast in Polignano al Mare, and various village visits. Spend free time treating yourself to a spa treatment and relaxing beneath olive trees with a glass of wine in hand.
Practicing yoga for over 20 years, Erin's passion for yoga and desire to share this love with others inspired the creation of Eat Pray Move. Erin is trained in styles ranging from Ashtanga and core power yoga to yin, restorative, and yoga nidra.
