Are you looking for the perfect way to start summer? Head to the stunning Welsh countryside and welcome in the summer solstice with a weekend of yoga, walking meditations through nature and the sound of waters and wildlife, botanical foraging. Experience both the dynamic side of yoga and calming, restorative asana postures in the surrounding landscape. Reconnect to yourself and to nature on mindful walks in the picturesque Black Mountains. Get crafty as you forage for flowers and leaves that will be used to create our evening meal. Recharge, learn how to stay present, and connect to yourself and your surroundings during this experiential retreat weekend.

Program

This weekend retreat is filled with yoga and outdoor activities. Enjoy an energetic yoga flow in the mornings to the sound of flowing rivers and calming, restorative yoga classes in the evening. Afternoons are filled with specially curated activities including a walking meditation, outdoor exploration of the National Trust Nature Reserve, and foraging.

In a hidden valley of the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons National Park lies St. Eigons retreat venue. St Eigons accommodates up to 10 in a choice of mountain lodge doubles, twins or shared yurt, with is access to restful living areas and full use & full use of the lodge's facilities.  There is outdoor seating, a fire pit and meditation areas to welcome the serenity and stillness amidst the natural beauty of the valley which St. Eigons sits. 
Red Kites soar, the majesty of nearby mountains inspires and the mountain rivers can be heard.

Graham River Flow
Graham
Graham is the founder of River Flow Yoga and is a qualified yoga teacher. He is deeply experienced in working in the fields of senses, having worked for 20 years with deaf and blind people. Graham draws inspiration from the mountains and the river and offers accessible yoga classes, as well as Thai yoga massage.
