Awaken your heart and spirit, releasing blockages during a full moon ceremony and embracing the power of plant medicine during a cacao ceremony using embodied movement and breathing. Unwind with restorative yoga sequences and settle under a night sky full of stars, slowing down and inhaling the powerful energy of nature.

Quested House is situated near the seaside town of Margate on the Kentish coast. This house has origins that date back to the 16th century and was the first house to be built in the village of Westgate. The property is surrounded by expansive woodlands and has lush gardens, which are perfect for yoga. Find a mix of twin and double rooms inside, along with a quiet meditation room. Outside, take a tip in the hot tub or wandering the extensive trails winding through the woods and along the coast.

Program

This long weekend retreat begins on Friday evening and ends Monday morning, commencing with a relaxing evening yoga class and group dinner. You will start each day with a grounding yoga practice among nature, tapping into your breath and intuition. After breakfast, head out on a wild foraging adventure, learning how to identify plants in the woods and on the coast. Return for a restorative yoga session that will send you into a state of bliss. During the weekend, you'll also partake in a cooking demonstration to learn how to cook the treasures you have foraged and will have the opportunity to experience a full moon ceremony and a cacao ceremony using embodied movement, meditation, and breathwork.

Sarah is a yoga teacher, holistic healer, and breath coach who has over 12 years experience in these practices. Inspired by her own personal healing journey through yoga and meditation, Sarah wishes to share this ancient wisdom with others and encourages movement within each breath. Her classes inspire connection with oneself and with nature.
