Accommodation
Biohotel Grafenast is a chalet-style hotel situated in the Tyrolean region of the Alps with sweeping mountain views. As the first carbon neutral hotel in Tyrol, Grafenast uses all organic products, from linens to textiles to food. Private rooms are individually decorated and are free from Wifi and TV. During the summer, use the tennis courts, solar-heated outdoor pool, or lounge on the balcony or in the garden. Refresh with a massage treatment in the spa or in the sauna.

Program
During the 6-day, 5-night retreat, develop a healthy eating, fitness, and mindfulness routine. In the morning, practice energizing yoga that will strengthen your body and end the session with a grounding meditation. Throughout the day, hike in the surrounding mountains, participate in workshops like stretch therapy, and indulge in spa treatments. In the evening, unwind with a slow, releasing yoga class and yoga Nidra.

Sumit was raised in Rishikesh and completed his education in yoga in Rishikesh itself. He has a master's degree (postgraduate) in Yoga. He has been teaching yoga for the last 4 years. He takes Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Mantra Chanting sessions
