Kaye’s yoga journey began more than a decade ago. With a diverse background in health and well-being, including working as a holistic therapist, body balance instructor, and wellness coach, she then embarked on a holistic journey travelling around the world, obtaining her 200 hour yoga teacher training in India, studying massage in Thailand.
After going on to teach yoga around the world, Kaye returned to the UK, where she now offers yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies to help you slow down, relax and breathe.
