The Flax Mill is a historic, converted stone building that has been updated with cozy, modern amenities. The Mill is situated on expansive farmland in Coleraine, County Down, Northern Ireland with easy access to the beach and a private river running through the property. Room are a mix double and king beds and outside, find picnic tables and a fire pit to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

Program

This four-day, three-night retreat begins on Friday evening and ends on Monday morning after breakfast. Start the first evening with restorative Yin yoga and a healing sound bath. Each morning starts early with a variety of classes, from sunrise beach yoga and new moon flow yoga, to ashtanga and chakra meditation. Saturday and Sunday are filled with different activities including wild swims, guided foraging, acro yoga, dynamic yoga classes, conscious eating meditation, walking meditation, and an empowerment circle. In the evening, unwind with sunset yoga, sink into the vibrations of a sound bath, and move freely with ecstatic dance.  There is free time each day to explore the countryside, book a massage, or simply relax.

Instructors

Emma Hart
Emma
Emma first stumbled upon yoga in 2016 and quickly fell in love with the physical movements as well as the breathwork aspects of yoga, encouraging her to let go. In 2020, Emma completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Goa and now offers dynamic classes that are at once strong and soft. She also designs colorful and sustainable yoga mats with Zen Bear and is a co-founder of True Nature. 
Jess Morris
Jess
After happening upon a yoga class in London, Jess quickly recognized the mental and physical benefits of yoga and set out on her teacher training journey. She completed her teacher training in Goa in Vinyasa and Ashtanga, where she met her future co-founders of True Nature. Jess also trained in mindfulness, meditation, and pre- and post-natal yoga. Her classes are joyful and energetic and paired with music to encourage mindful movement. 
Molly Lambert
Molly
Yoga has had a profound impact on Molly, who has a love for the practice's ability to impact mental health. She completed her teacher training in Goa and appreciated the opportunity to not just deepen her knowledge around yoga but to embody the lifestyle of a yogi. Her classes are healing and empowering, encouraging her students to find a freedom and peace through the practice and embrace all of their uniqueness.
