Awaken your mind and body with a grounding meditation and revitalizing yoga sequences as the sun rises over Mount Aenos and again as the day draws to a close. Set off on mindful adventures exploring the history, culture, and nature of this stunning island, soaking up sea air on the beach and winding your way through organic vegetable gardens. Explore new aspects of yoga and wellness through specially curated workshops and satiate your palate with tasty, organic, plant-based creations. Take the time to slow down, come back to yourself, and savor the views and landscapes surrounding you, watching the sunset over olive groves and the Ionian Sea.

This stunning villa is set among olive groves and an organic vegetable garden with views of Mount Aenos and the Ionian sea. The house has a variety of bright and airy rooms that can be booked privately or shared. On the estate, there are plenty of places to lounge and take in the nature, practice yoga on the outdoor deck, or take a dip in the pool with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes.

Program

This week-long retreat includes seven nights among the mountains and sea of Kefalonia. Each day begins with a morning meditation followed by an invigorating yoga class. Much of the day is left free to explore-- visit a nearby beach, go snorkelling, take a hike in the mountains, or read and relax on the serene estate. In the afternoons, there are workshops and group excursions on offer. In the evening, unwind with a Yin or restorative yoga class. You can choose to participate in as many or as few activities as you like, using the time for yourself.

Example schedule: 
7.00 am: Optional meditation
7.30 am: Morning practice
9.30 am: Breakfast
1.00 pm: Lunch
3.00 pm: Workshop/excursion
5.00 pm: Evening practice 
7.00 pm: Dinner

Kate
Kate and Jeni are the co-founders of Neighbourhood Yoga, a space founded with the intention of sparking community and connection. Both are yoga teachers who aim to provide a space for individuals to nourish their mind, body, and soul. 
With close to 1000 hours of training between them in a variety of styles, Kate & Jeni are able to offer a fully rounded yoga practice and experience. Expect creative sequences, energising physical practices to push yourself, relaxing restorative classes to unwind, and dreamlike meditations and nidras.
