In the heart of Wales lies a historic place out of a fairytale. Take a soul-seeking journey to this magical land for a 5-day yoga retreat inspired by the fiery shades of autumn. Fire up your body with energetic yoga sessions and relax with deep, rejuvenating Yin classes. Become acquainted with the secret pockets of Wales, wandering through ancient forest, grand castles, and breathtaking coastlines. Gaze up at the star-speckled night sky from your private hot tub, pausing to reconnect to yourself and nature.

Stay in private or shared geo-domes decorated with luxurious details, including a private bathroom, kitchen, and woodburner. Each dome comes with their own garden and hot tub, perfect for self-care throughout the day and night. The venue is The Little Retreats, which is situated in an upper walled garden of an old castle site in Lawrenny Village, Wales and surrounded by ancient woodland. Nutritious brunches and dinners are served daily.

Program
After being woken up by birds each morning, join a dynamic yoga flow class and guided meditation. Spend the day taking walks through the breathtaking ancient woods and exploring the beaches and history of Pembrokeshire. The afternoons offer a restorative Yin yoga class while in the evenings you'll have plenty of time to soak in the hot tub. One day also offers an excursion to a natural sanctuary complete with a historical castle at an additional cost.

Josephine
Josephine is a yoga teacher, wellness coach, and healer with over 15 years of experience and a background in ballet. She is a co-founder of the renowned company, Nordic Sisters, and runs yoga and wellness retreats and workshops around the world. Josephine enjoys bridging creativity and wellness and believes in the interconnectivity of the mind, body, and spirit.
Ida
Ida is a renowned international yoga and fitness instructor, personal trainer and all encompassing movement director. Ida’s sessions are influenced by her vast expertise across contrasting disciplines within the wellness industry. From HIIT to yoga, boxing to pilates, barre to weights and indoor cycling, Ida’s experience and hunger for new impulses means she will without doubt find a way to connect you to a way of moving that resonates with you.
