Are you ready to activate your mind and body and put your endurance to the test? Spend a long weekend immersed in the magical coast of Devon as you learn from top trail runners and experienced yoga teachers. Stay active in this little coastal haven, building strength and endurance along trail runs rewarding you with mesmerizing scenery along the way. Stretch your muscles with rejuvenating yoga classes before and after runs and brush up your navigation and nutrition knowledge with curated workshop. Don't forget to take some time to visit the region's stunning beaches for a bit of rest and relaxation.

High Nature Centre is located on an expansive coastal plateau with historic Celtic remnants and views over the dramatic South Devon Coast. The camp area is but a short walk away from the beach and a spa. Onsite, there are five yurts in varying sizes that can sleep anywhere from 2-6 people. The Centre also includes solar showers and composting toilets.

Program

Over this long weekend retreat, you'll arrive Friday evening and depart Monday morning. Start the mornings early with a yoga class to prepare your mind and body for a full day of activities. After breakfast, go on a run that varies in length depending on experience. After lunch, there is free time to visit the beach or take a coastal walk. Afternoons bring another running and yoga session. In the evenings, partake in nutrition and navigation workshops and enjoy communal dinner at local eateries.

Evening meal cooked by our caterers. Take the rest of the time to relax and bed in
Day 2

Morning yoga class with your instructor, to energise, strengthen and stretch
8.30am
Breakfast (Help yourself to our fully catered spread)
10am
4 to 8 mile run depending on ability, experience and preference
12.30pm
Lunch provided by Clives Pies. Chance to read, relax, or go for a walk on the lovely coast path or visit nearby Gara Rocks for a coffee or tea or the sandy beach at Mill Bay
3pm
Afternoon run of 4 to 6 miles, or movement session with Jo Kelly

Dinner

Chance to relax, read and plan tomorrow’s run

Day 3

Yoga class with your yoga instructor

Breakfast

4 to 8 mile run depending on ability, experiece and preference. Shower and change before lunch

Lunch at High Nature

Yoga with your yoga instructor Chance to read, relax, go for a walk in the large gardens or another yoga session with your instructor and/or run with your guides

Dinner at Gara Rock Restaurant or The Pig’s Nose in East Prawle
