Move your body with intention during soulful yang and slow, deep yin sequences, coming into your self through movement and breath. Clear the clutter of your mind with grounding meditations, tuning into your inner voice. Take silent walks through the peaceful countryside, wander in the blossoming gardens, stretch out in a hammock, indulge in tasty plant-based meals, and count the stars in the dark sky above come nighttime.ย

Program

This weekend retreat offers the opportunity to meditate, practice yoga, and sink into the stillness of nature.ย  Four yoga classes and a number of guided meditations are on offer during the weekend. There is plenty of free time to go for country walks, explore the blossoming gardens, relax in the hammocks, and soak in a hot tub.ย

Regina
Regina has over three decades of experience working in a diverse spectrum of holistic healing practices. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, a hypnotherapist, and a Bowen therapist, taking a holistic approach that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit. Regina's classes are exploratory and blend yin, yang, and meditation. She encourages her students to listen carefully to their bodies and tune into the connection of the body, breath, and stillness.
