An opportunity to detox, destress, and relax. Sink into a quiet, healing space as you immerse yourself into the practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Move your body with intention during slow yang and deeply releasing yin sequences, coming into your self through movement and breath. Clear the clutter of your mind with illuminating meditations, allowing yourself to listen to your inner voice. Take silent, invigorating walks along the wind-swept beach, indulge in fantastic plant-based meals, and simply allow yourself to be present among the quiet stirrings of nature.

Set at the lovely, stone Florence House in East Sussex, the venue is surrounded by rolling hills and spectacular landscape. There is a choice between shared or private rooms, each offering scenic views. Beyond its private garden, the venue is on the edge of South Downs National Park and is in close proximity to the sea and the coastal town of Seaford. Home-cooked vegetarian meals are served at the house each day.

This weekend retreat offers the opportunity to meditate, practice yoga, and sink into the stillness of nature.  Four yoga classes and a number of guided meditations are on offer during the weekend. There is plenty of free time to go for beach walks, explore the gardens, read a book, and connect with new friends over tea. 


Regina Kerschbaumer
Regina has over three decades of experience working in a diverse spectrum of holistic healing practices. She is a yoga and meditation teacher, a hypnotherapist, and a Bowen therapist, taking a holistic approach that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit. Regina's classes are exploratory and blend yin, yang, and meditation. She encourages her students to listen carefully to their bodies and tune into the connection of the body, breath, and stillness.
