This spectacular villa is located on the southern side of Malta and serves as a serene haven. Inside, find eight luxurious bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with an indoor pool, cinema room, and sauna. Perhaps the best feature of the villa is the expansive rooftop. Soak up the sun and drink in the endless sea views from the infinity pool or lounge bed atop the roof.

Program

This retreat begins on Sunday evening and ends on Thursday morning. During the retreat, you'll practice twice daily yoga, mixing active ashtanga sessions and vinyasa flow with more restorative sequences. Partake in short meditations every morning and evening, as well as four short energetic workouts. Each day, explore a new aspect of the island on group excursions. Special activities including a sound bath, yoga Nidra, and a cacao ceremony will also be offered during the retreat.

Cheryl has been teaching yoga for a decade and completed her 500 hour YTT in 2021. She strives to teach yoga from the heart, offering a light and open approach in her classes that mix elements of spirituality with the asanas.
