Accommodation
Saunton Sands is North Devon's leading accommodation, blending tradition with modern comforts at this expansive property with mesmerizing sea views. The property offers a mix of plush private rooms, suites, and apartments decked out with contemporary touches. Outdoor terraces, dining facilities, and multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools are onsite. Additionally, there is a state-of-the-art gym and spa inclusive of a sauna, steam room, and thermal suite at Saunton Sands.

Program
These four-day retreats run Thursday through Sunday and blend a variety of yoga, fitness, nature walks, and therapeutic activities. Schedules can be personalized to fit your individual interests and needs. You’re able to fill your day with yoga, walks along the beach, and spa sessions if you wish. If you are wanting more of an adventure, take HIIT classes and try to conquer the waves during surfing lessons. Design the weekend exactly as you want.

08:00: Fuel up for the day with a delicious healthy breakfast
09:00: Go for a coastal walk
11:00: Option One: Have a surf lesson. Option Two: Take part in a fitness class
13:45: Take a break for lunch at the hotel
15:30: Relax with a gentle yoga session
16:30: Your free time - get a spa treatment, read a book, go to the beach
19:30: Reward yourself with a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant

Instructors
Kate
Kate has an infectious passion for fitness and is the founder of Sand Sea Spa. She is a personal trainer and pre- and post-natal personal trainer with a diverse range of specialties including nutrition, weight loss, strength training, cancer recovery, running, boxing, and cycling. Kate brings positivity and motivation to her training sessions and is a keen runner, cyclist, and yoga practitioner.
Jess
After being inspired by the positive benefits of yoga, Jess qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2018 and then achieved her Ashtanga and Vinyasa certifications while in India. Jess's flow classes are dynamic and energizing, using breath and movement to open the body and calm the mind.
Lenka
Lenka completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2019 after practicing yoga for a number of years. She has a thirst for learning and believes that mindset, movement, recovery, sleep and nutrition are the key to a balanced life. Lenka's classes are infused with rhythm and balance, encouraging her students to recharge and connect with their inner self.
