Spend a long weekend exploring, relaxing, and connecting to your wilder side at this adventure-inspired yoga retreat in Cornwall. Wake up with energizing vinyasa flow each morning and find deep release with restorative Yin and Yoga Nidra sequences come evening. Soak up the pure air, go on mindful walks through oak woodlands, and take refreshing dips in natural pools. Try your hand at mastering the waves at the famous Polzeath Beach and take a night time walk to meet a resident family of beavers. Nourish with tasty, plant-based creations and find time to relax and connect to the stillness of the outdoors. Come nightfall, toast marshmallows around a roaring fire and stargaze in a spectacular night sky reserve.

Farm location in ancient woodlands
Set at Cabilla, a farm that is deep in the magical woodlands of Cornwall, the venue is a haven for peace and restoration. Sleep in divinely comfortable cabins that offer the comforts of a 5-star hotel and unrivalled views. (The current bell-tents are being replaced by luxury cabins for 2022). There are trails, forest swimming pools, and Cabilla is located in a designated dark sky reserve, perfect for star-gazing. Nourishing vegan and vegetarian-meals by the incredible resident chef are provided each day, and there is unlimited fruit, coffee and herbal teas. (Please note: The surf trip to Polzeath is an extra £40 to be paid directly 2 weeks prior to the retreat).

Program

This three-day, four-night retreat begins on Thursday afternoon and ends Sunday afternoon. Start the retreat with an opening circle, yoga class, and meditation. The evening includes a relaxing Yin and yoga Nidra session as well a workshop. Each morning begins with a vinyasa flow and meditation session followed by brunch. Enjoy free time during the day to go for a walk, swim, surf trip to Polzeath Beach, or simply relax. In the evening, unwind with Yin yoga, campfires, and stargazing.

Jenny
Jenny (AKA Zen with Jen) believes in the healing power of the outdoors, proper rest and being by the sea. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in 2017 and has since studied yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga and meditation. Jenny is also a paddle board and SUP yoga instructor. She loves sharing the practice of yoga and helping others feel more connected to themselves and to the world, something she shares through her adventure-inspired retreat company The Wild Times.
